Salon Policies

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions.

Cell Phones & Devices

We ask all guests of ADH to please keep your cell phones on silent or to bring headphones. We want to ensure all guests while at their appointments have a relaxing, undisturbed experience. 

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less then 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service scheduled. Same day cancellations (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled, no exceptions. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Adrienne Dara Hair Salon. 

No Call / No Shows

If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made. 

Tardiness

Here at ADH we have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text us to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at Adrienne Dara Hair Salon.

** Please note: ADH is an hourly based salon. Should you arrive late for your appointment you will be charged from the time your appointment was originally scheduled to start at.  

Credit Card Required

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, Adrienne Dara Hair Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

Confirmation Text

24 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder text which you will need to reply "C" to confirm. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled and our cancellation policy will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee. 

No Additional Guests / Children / Animals

For the safety and sanitation of our guests, Adrienne Dara Hair does not allow children, animals or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.

Payment and Gratuity

We only accept credit cards for service payment. Gratuity for your stylist can be left on the credit card or cash.

COVID-19 Protocols

If you have COVID-19 please cancel your appointment. In order to waive our cancellation fee, proof of a positive test result is required. In order to reschedule, proof of a negative test result is required. 

 

*Please note: When you arrive for your appointment, you will be given our ADH Salon Policy form that must be filled out and signed*

IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. 

 

ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR ADRIENNE DARA HAIR SALON.
